In 2012<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”29px”][vc_column_text]\"\"In 2012, I started having strong and frequent headaches. The doctor said I was having migraines. With time, however, the headaches worsened and I began experiencing double vision and numbness in half of my face. I went to the hospital and learned that I had a benign tumor in my brain. After several tests and analyses, the doctors determined three possible treatments: surgery, radiation or gamma knife.<\/p>\n

Upon hearing the news, I didn\u2019t know where to turn. I knew I needed to keep going on with my life, but wasn\u2019t quite sure how or in what direction to go. Then, my aunt called to offer help. She taught me breathing exercises that I committed to every morning, and soon, I began to feel a positive difference happening inside me. Around the same time, a friend recommended that I read the book, \u201cYou Can Heal Your Life\u201d by Louise Hay. Between a stronger connection to G-d, the breathing exercises and applying the book\u2019s teachings, I started to feel better about myself and the world.\u00a0 I felt a change \u2013 both physically and emotionally \u2013 as I became more and more connected with life\u2019s purpose and the love I felt growing all around me.<\/p>\n

After practicing the book\u2019s recommended meditation, mindfulness, and affirmations, the MRI scan showed that the tumor had shrunk! The doctor noted that it was very strange, that \u201cyour body is healing by itself,\u201d and there was no reason to perform risky procedures.<\/p>\n

I was relieved at this news, and yet I also anticipated this result even before the scan, because I already felt the difference in my body, mind and spirit. I am very grateful to G-d for my recovery.<\/p>\n

Through this experience, my passion and love for life has forever changed. I graduated in Fashion Business at Seneca College that I began a year earlier, but I realized that my life\u2019s true passion is helping people to love themselves and heal their lives. This is why I became certified in teaching \u201cHeal Your Life\u201d workshops, and Professional Life Coach. The concepts taught in the workshops have completely changed my life for the better, and I strongly believe the workshops will help you too.
